Born in China in 1983, Meng Yangyang graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, one of China's most prestigious art schools in 2009. Currently, she lives and works in Shanghai. Starting from 2007 she he did major solo exhibitions in Shanghai, China and London, UK. Her style is unique: Her paintings often feature dreamlike, surreal imagery, blending elements of fantasy with a strong sense of narrative and emotion. Meng's work is characterized by its vibrant color palette and intricate details, inviting viewers into her imaginative world. Influenced by both traditional Chinese art and contemporary Western styles, Meng's art bridges cultural and artistic divides, offering a fresh perspective on modern issues and timeless human experiences.
